Bar Hummingbird at The Brinkerhoff is a 21+ cocktail lounge, created for an intimate and spirited experience.
On select occasions, special events may allow guests under 21. These will always be clearly noted.
Arrival & Seating
We welcome guests on a first come basis.
Please arrive at your leisure and settle in as space becomes available. When the room is full, we maintain a waitlist and invite guests in as seats open.
To preserve the atmosphere, we do not offer standing room.
Dress Code
Bar Hummingbird was designed with an elevated evening in mind.
While we do not enforce a strict dress code, we kindly ask that guests dress in a way that complements the space. Items such as ball caps, tank tops, flip-flops, and athletic attire are considered too casual for the setting.
Menu Philosophy
Our focus is craft cocktails and small bites. We do not offer full dinner service.
While we always do our best to accommodate, some modifications may not be possible. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when ordering. We’re happy to guide you.
